The Companies Law Chapter 113 is based on the English Companies Law.

Companies in Cyprus can be public or private.

A company in Cyprus can be incorporated within one to two weeks. Firstly, a name must be approved by the Registrar of Companies, a procedure that takes about three working days. Once the name is approved the incorporation of the company can begin.

What is needed is one or more shareholders, one or more directors (they can be legal entities or individuals), one secretary and the address of the registered office of the company which must be in the territory of Cyprus. After filling this information with the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company the Registrar of Companies registers the company within five working days and issues the certificates either in Greek or in English language.

Our office can provide our clients with nominee services of shareholders, directors and secretaries as well as with a registered office if those clients do not want to appear as the owners of the company.

We can also provide our clients with already approved names and already registered companies (shelf-companies).

Our office can also assist our clients to open and maintain a bank account in Cyprus as we have collaboration with a number of banks in Cyprus.
